Last evening, pop phenomenon Mabel opened the BRITs week shows in grandeur, setting the bar high for the performance to follow up this week.
The Critic’s Choice nominee delivered an impeccable performance featuring her most popular high octane chart-topping singles. Mabel voiced her support for War Child during the show and encouraged the public to donate for children affected by war. ‘A little goes a long way’ the singer chanted.
And as per War Child’s CEO’s words – ‘the smallest shows make the biggest difference’ when it comes to donating and supporting children affected by conflict.
Last year, War Child raised an estimate of 650,000£ thought BRITs Week shows and this year we expect to see the numbers exceeding.
The 2019 Brit Awards ceremony will take place on 20 February. Comedian Jack Whitehall will host for the second year in a row.
