House of solo: Why a Gwen Look?
Isabelle: Gwen Stefani launched a makeup line with Urban Decay last month and it exploded literally. The line has been sold out since. Some fans even have been collecting the makeup. Gwen has become a legend. I have always been a fan of her music and look and I was very exited when I heard of the line coming out.
House of Solo: What do you think of the makeup?
Isabelle: Gwen Stefani spend 1 year with Urban Decay choosing the colors and quality. It is the makeup she uses and colors she is famous for. The quality is superior. I own the Spiderweb lipstick and it will stay all day, is non drying. I can say it is the best quality lipstick I own. The color is to die for. If you want to copy Gwen’s look, her makeup is perfect.
House of Solo: So what is Gwen’s look?
Isabelle: Lately she has been wearing her Ex-girlfriend nude lipstick in her line. She looks stunning but her signature look is a red lip, strong brow and winged liner. Her eyeshadow is soft and on her eyelid bone. It’s a very easy look. Add a leather jacket and fun hairstyle and you are ready to rock and get compliments.
Laura Mercier primer radiance. It is a perfect primer to add a glow. It adds shimmer under the foundation.
Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation. This foundation is used for photo shoots. It gives a perfect coverage and is beautiful on camera.
Nars translucent setting powder.
Too faced chocolate soleil bronzer for contouring.
Too faced candlelightglow highlighter.
Milani brow fix brow kit in light. Your brow color should be the same color of your hair roots. I used the darkest shade in the kit with a wet angled brush.
Milani brow shaping clear gel makes your brow stay in place.
I used tape for the perfect winged line.
Urban decay naked 2 palette. I used Foxy all over the lid and the shade suspect on the lid bone.
Guerlain so volume mascara.
Rimmel 1000 kisses lip liner in red dynamite.
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Spiderweb lipstick.
